What happens if I lose my season ticket?
You can apply for a duplicate ticket. Usually only one duplicate ticket will be
issued per 12 month period unless the loss is due to fire theft or robbery,
then a second duplicate will be issued. Duplicate tickets attract an
administration fee of £10. If you bought your ticket from this web site please
complete a
duplicate season ticket application form and post it to us. If not,
you’ll need to go back to where you bought your original ticket to obtain a
duplicate.
What if I forget my season ticket?
You will need to purchase a ticket to cover your journey for the day you forget
your season ticket. Ask the station staff to let you keep your ticket and then,
provided you bought your ticket via this web site, send it along with a
photocopy of your season ticket to us at Southeastern Seasons Online
and we will arrange a full refund in the first instance and a full refund less
a £5 fee in the second and final instance. Our address is

If you bought your season ticket elsewhere you will need to apply for a refund
from the original supplier or station.
My ticket has stopped working the barriers what shall I do?
Take your season ticket along to any Southeastern ticket office and a
replacement will be issued free of charge.
I will be moving house and using a different station?
Please complete the
season ticket change form with details of your current and new travel
requirements & post the form to us enclosing your current ticket and we
will arrange a changeover season ticket. We will contact you to inform you of
any difference in cost and credit or debit your credit card or chargecard
accordingly. In the meantime you’ll need to buy a weekly ticket which we will
refund once you’ve received your new season ticket. Please note we cannot
refund Oyster Cards.
I will not be travelling any more, can I get a refund?
Yes you can. If you bought the ticket via this web site, complete a
refund application form and send it and the season ticket back to us at
the address shown on the form. We will calculate a refund and credit
the balance to your credit card. If you did not buy the ticket via this web
site you’ll need to take it back to the original station or supplier for a
refund
Security codes
A Card Security Code is a unique number printed on your debit/credit card.
Different cards will have different numbers and places where the Card Security
Code is recorded. Some cards have the full card number printed at the top of
the signature strip on the reverse of the card. We will need the last three
digits in both instances. Other cards such as American Express, have a four
digit number printed on the front of the card, above the account number. If
this is the case please enter these four digits.
Can I request an Oyster Card?
Regretfully, we are currently unable to issue Oyster Cards.
